I was reflecting on my own experiences and how they have impacted my life, shaping me into the woman I am today, and still ever-changing. I think of the inability to control certain circumstances, but also having the control to release what/who does not bring purpose to my life. Awareness of the self is the first step to making the changes you want in your life.
